Get Started with New Service
- Complete the appropriate application and submit to cservice@clintonub.com or in person at our office. If you have questions regarding the application process, please feel free to contact us at (865) 457-9232.
- Pay the required deposit(s) and/or fee(s).
- Provide a state issued ID/Passport and/or other personal information that may be required for verification purposes.
- If renting, provide a copy of your current lease or rental agreement.
- If purchasing property, provide a copy of your closing documents.
- If the property has not had service in the last 12 months or never had service, please contact us as additional steps may be required.

- Provide a forwarding address for final billing purposes if applicable.
- Provide a state issued ID/Passport and/or other personal information that may be required for verification purposes.
